Ben Abadi, a founder of the Company, has more than 18 years of experience in the technology industry as well as designing and engineering automated processes. Prior to founding the Company, Ben held a number of management and executive level positions in technology companies, including vice president of engineering at Premier Computer Corporation, EVP of Engineering at Rotating Memory Systems, Inc., and director of research and development at Cal-Abco, Inc.
During the course of his career, Ben has developed expertise in process automation and web enabled proprietary software application development. He is credited with pioneering several technologies related to music and internet applications which have had industry wide impact.
Patrick Hoss has extensive business management and executive experience in the high-tech industry. His previous accomplishments include guiding the product growth efforts of a number of start-ups and Fortune-1000 companies such as Pacific Bell Wireless, MCI WorldCom, Air Touch, Technocel, T-Mobile, HNC Software and FairIsaac. His contribution toward market expansion and organic growth significantly advanced the business objectives, new market opportunities and go-to market strategies at Pacific Bell Wireless.
At FairIsaac (NASDAQ:FIC), Patrick was responsible for corporate and product marketing driving corporate strategy development, international expansion and M&A activities.
He also brings his leadership and experience in performance management to the executive team, driving improvements in internal functions.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSUN and a MBA from AU.
Mark V. Asdourian has broad-based business and legal experience spanning the course of his twenty years of practice as a business litigator and corporate lawyer. Mark has served as general counsel for several privately held and publicly traded small cap companies. He has negotiated more than $50 million in equity transactions as well as a $240 million merger of an e-commerce company. Mark has also enjoyed a successful career as a business trial lawyer and has obtained several multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University of Law. Mark is admitted to the bars of all of the courts of the States of California and New York, numerous United States federal courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
Anthony Cardenas has more than 25 years of music industry experience, paired with more than 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Anthony is also an accomplished musician with a Grammy Award nomination, an American Music nomination, and multiple gold and platinum album sales awards. He began his career by founding and running ECourier and Nethercomm. He studied business at California State University – Long Beach.
John started his career as a music researcher and Assistant Producer for the BBC in London. In 1984 joined Virgin Records where he was an A&R Director then soon after, he became the VP of Virgin America, and was later part of the EMI and acquisition team to obtain Higher Octave records and Narada. He also started the blues /roots imprint label, Pointblank records, and signed many established acts like John Lee Hooker and Van Morrison, Charlie Watts. The label received 26 Grammy nominations, and through the label or his production, Wooler has won five Grammy’s. He has been instrumental in the biggest selling dr tv album called Pure Moods, reaching over 2 million albums and getting to number 5 in the billboard charts. He has also worked with the British consulate in bringing in and promoting British talent to America.
He has earned the respect and trust of the music community by serving as consultant for various independent labels as well as digital distributors. His intimate knowledge of the musician community’s needs combined with his Artist Services background led him to get involved in his new position.
Leonard Johnson has extensive business development experience as well as a background working with government agencies and industry associations. Before joining IDT, Leonard served for several years as chief executive officer of the Pinnacle Group, LLP. He formed several profitable strategic partnerships with notable Fortune 500 companies, as well as being instrumental in launching a revolutionary technological platform which generated more than $10M in its first year. Leonard conducts regular speaking engagements about public and private partnerships, economic development and the global flow of technology and capital. Leonard is a member of several prominent organizations, including Citizens for Global Solutions, The (100) Black Men of Orange County, The Royal Institute of International Affairs, and the World Affairs Council.
Bill Arnoldi began working as a technical support manager at IDT in 1997 and was quickly promoted to director of technology.
In this position, Bill is responsible for designing the system integrations for the Company’s technology platform, developing new product lines and maintaining the Company’s network. As a result of his efforts, IDT has become an industry leader in its field.
Mr. Shaban has worked as a public accountant for more than 19 years. He operates his own consulting practice, with an emphasis on small and medium-sized businesses. Mo acts as a chief financial officer for several companies. Prior to opening his consulting practice, Mo worked at Arthur Anderson and Company as well as Hosaka Nagel and Company.
Mo is a graduate of San Diego State University. He is licensed as a CPA by the State Board of Accountancy and is an active member of the California Society of CPAs.
